HTML code should be developed and tested using Email on Acid, Litmus, or similar in-box preview tool
Submit fully built HTML file that has been tested and finalized
Do not use Javascript or Javascript attributes
Host images and include absolute path names in HTML code
Specify subject line in <title> tag of HTML code
Include pre-header text in HTML code
Images should include “alt” tags
Physical address must be present to meet CAN-SPAM requirements
Do NOT include “unsubscribe” or “manage preferences” links in HTML code
Time of deployment is at the discretion of publisher
Send original HTML source code. Do not send code that is copied from an email received from Gmail or another provider.
